Kemvera CEO and Co-Founder Dr. Chern-Hooi Lim has been named to The Bioeconomy 500 for 2026 by the Biofuels Digest, a leading media outlet covering the biochemicals industry.
The list recognizes 500 individuals moving the bioeconomy forward from scientific exploration and verification to real-world commercial value. According to the Biofuels Digest, "this year’s selections followed one of the most extensive reviews in the ranking’s history… examin[ing] 18 months of industry reporting encompassing thousands of articles and hundreds of consequential industry events."
At Kemvera, Chern is leading the development of unique catalyst platforms to produce high-volume bio-based chemicals from sustainable feedstocks such as U.S. bioethanol and CO2.
